1.Permitted use
1.1. Servers are intended to run Minecraft: Java Edition (Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, Arclight and compatible cores) and related software.
1.2. Plugins, mods, modpacks and datapacks are allowed where their use breaks no law and infringes no third-party rights.
1.3. Developing and testing Minecraft-related maps, plugins and mods is permitted.
2.Prohibited content
2.1. You must not host or distribute content that violates RF or EU law, including:
- material infringing third-party copyright or other rights (pirated software, unlicensed copies);
- hateful, extremist or violent material; illegal or pornographic content, especially involving minors;
- fraudulent content, phishing, malware;
- third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
3.Prohibited technical use
- cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing, rendering, stress testing;
- proxy/VPN, anonymizers, torrent seeding, file sharing, media or backup storage;
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorized access to other systems;
- spam or bulk unsolicited messaging;
- hosting non-Minecraft services.
4.Resources & security
4.1. The Client must not sustainably exceed allocated resources (RAM, CPU, disk) — see the Fair Usage Policy.
4.2. The Client must keep plugins/mods updated and not leave known vulnerabilities that threaten the infrastructure or other clients.
4.3. The Operator may temporarily restrict a server that threatens platform security or stability.
5.Mojang compliance
5.1. Unlicensed copies of Minecraft are prohibited.
5.2. The Mojang EULA must be followed, including monetization limits (no "pay-to-win" schemes).
6.Abuse reports
6.1. Report violations or illegal content to business@elysiumup.com. We review reports and act within a reasonable time.
7.Violations & sanctions
7.1. Measures are proportionate to the violation: warning → server suspension → account termination.
7.2. For serious or unlawful violations (§2, §3) the Operator may immediately suspend the service without refund and, where required, notify the authorities.
