Common questions

Do I need an account to apply?
No. The application goes through without one — an email for our reply is enough. You'll only need an account after approval: the cabinet with your referral link, stats and commissions is tied to it.
How long does review take?
Usually 1–2 days. We look at your platform and audience — there's no hard subscriber threshold, and we do reply to smaller creators.
When and how do payouts happen?
Each commission goes on hold first — that's the refund protection. Once the hold clears it becomes available, and you request the payout from your cabinet. Payouts are processed manually.
Is the commission first-payment only?
No. You earn on every payment your referred player makes during the commission period — renewals, upgrades and add-ons included.
Can I use my own promo code myself?
No — your own code can't be used on your own servers; that's enforced by the system. The promo code is meant for your audience.
