1.General rules
1.1. This policy complies with the RF Consumer Protection Law and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
1.2. Hosting is a digital service that begins immediately after payment (with your consent); refunds are therefore governed by the rules below.
2.Statutory right of withdrawal
2.1. EU/EEA consumers: a 14-day withdrawal period applies as a rule. By ordering and consenting to immediate performance, you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. A pro-rata charge may apply for the part already performed.
2.2. RF consumers: under Art. 32 of the Consumer Protection Law you may withdraw at any time, paying the Operator's actual incurred costs.
3.Voluntary 24-hour guarantee
3.1. Within 24 hours of your first payment you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
3.2. The guarantee applies once per new customer. Renewals and subsequent payments are not covered.
4.When refunds are not issued
- after 24 hours from the first payment (except where law or §6 applies);
- if the server was suspended for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy;
- for paid but unused periods on voluntary cancellation;
- payment-gateway fees (non-refundable).
5.How to request a refund
5.1. Email business@elysiumup.com or Telegram @Elysium_supports_bot.
5.2. Provide your account email, payment ID and reason. We review requests within 24 hours.
6.Timing & method
6.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
6.2. If the service cannot be provided due to the Operator's fault, a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused period.
7.Disputes & chargebacks
7.1. Before opening a dispute with your payment provider, please contact us — most issues are resolved faster directly.
7.2. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
