How to migrate a server from another host?
Submit a request on the Migration page. We'll copy your world, plugins, mods, and configs. Average migration time — under 2 hours.
Why does my server lag with 10+ players?
Check TPS in your panel. If below 18 — you may need more RAM or CPU. Contact support — we'll help diagnose and optimize JVM flags.
How to upgrade my plan?
Go to your dashboard → select your server → click Upgrade. The difference will be charged, and your server will update without data loss.
How to restore a world from backup?
In your server control panel, go to the Backups tab. Select the restore point and click Restore. Backups are created every 6 hours automatically.
