About the pack

The adventure starts with you

New Adventure is a hardcore RPG modpack by Vol4ara on Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge. It brings a new combat system and magic, character development with a skill and talent system, gripping world exploration, hundreds of quests and new bosses with unique mechanics.

Survival here is close to real life: on top of hunger you have to watch heat, thirst and stamina. Every trip out needs preparation instead of a blind dash forward — and every find really counts.

The world is huge and varied: watchtowers and camps in pine forests, desert villages, ruins, fortresses above the Nether's lava seas and boss arenas. There are so many structures that exploring stays exciting at every stage.

The pack has plenty of new mechanics and is comfortable to play as a group. To keep the world running while you're offline and let friends join any time, you need your own server — the server version installs on ours in one click with a key from the author.

From the client to your own server in four steps

Download the client — free

Every player who wants to join the server needs the client version. It's free.

Get the server version on Boosty

It's inexpensive and supports the author and the team. The author gives you an access key with it for installing on our servers.

Rent a server and enter the key

The «Rent a server» button opens the order with New Adventure already selected — enter the key right there.

The pack installs itself

After payment the server is provisioned automatically with New Adventure already on it — no manual file uploads.

Server questions

Is the pack free?

The client version is: every player downloads it for free. The server version is paid and inexpensive — it's the project's only source of income and helps make the pack better and support the team. It's sold on the author's Boosty.

Can I build the server version myself?

Yes, the author allows it: you can build the server version yourself from the client files. Rent a Forge 1.20.1 server with us and upload the files through the panel — if something doesn't work, support will help. The ready-made server version from Boosty installs in one click with a key.

Where do I get the access key?

The author gives you the key for installing on Elysium on Boosty, together with the server version. If it doesn't arrive or doesn't work, message our support and we'll sort it out.

What do players need to join the server?

Every player needs the New Adventure client — the same version as on the server. The client is free.

How much RAM should I take?

8 GB for up to 5 players, 10 GB for up to 10, and 12 GB or more beyond that. If you're unsure, use our RAM calculator or ask support.

What happens to the world when the pack is installed or updated?

Installing or updating the pack overwrites the server files, so make a backup first — that's a couple of clicks in the panel, and backups are included in the plan.

Can I move a world from another host?

Yes. We'll move your world and settings from another host for free — it's our standard migration service.

How fast will the server be ready?

Servers are provisioned automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes. The pack is installed right away — you enter the key while ordering.
